My brother and I are starting college and our college requires

16 GB of RAM or more
No more than 3 years old
PC/Windows:

Gaming PC
Dedicated GPU
16 GB of RAM or more
Can not use Windows S
No more than 3 years old

For a computer I am need of one and so is my brother we need them for college. Please help us.
