A Tier 1 OEM Automotive Manufacturer is seeking an IT Process Manager, Operions to serve as the stregic lead for production operions systems, manufacturing process optimizion, and enterprise applicion support across a highly integred manufacturing environment. This individual will drive process improvements, lead technical projects, and support the long term evolution of systems tied to production operions. Must be authorized to work in the United Stes without sponsorship.

IT Process Manager, Operions | Wh You Will Do

• Lead process optimizion initiives across manufacturing operions and production systems
• Serve as the IT liaison for cross functional operional projects involving production, engineering, merials, and manufacturing teams
• Support ERP, MES, QMS, resource management, and production reled systems across the operion
• Drive system upgrades, testing, implemention activity, and process improvement efforts
• Research and resolve operional system issues, process inefficiencies, and da integrity concerns
• Develop reporting, queries, workflows, documention, and user procedures to support operional efficiency
• Train users on new systems, processes, and functionality enhancements
• Partner with technical and operional stakeholders to improve system integrion and manufacturing workflows

IT Process Manager, Operions | Wh You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informion Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or reled field
• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Management experience within manufacturing operions environments
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, QMS, time tracking, and production support systems
• Experience supporting manufacturing applicions, process changes, and system integrions
• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, robotics, and machine interfaces
• Strong project management capability with experience leading technical initiives from concept through implemention
• Experience with process mapping, business requirements ghering, and da analysis
• Strong communicion skills with the ability to work cross functionally in fast paced manufacturing environments
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DX Plform, Cia, Delmia, or Enovia is a plus
• Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping experience highly preferred
