A bit about me is I'm a white 41 male, pretty quiet keep to myself type person. I'm not the neatest person in the world but definitely don't leave dishes needing cleaning for days or other disgusting habits. I do not tolerate bugs/mold inside my home so I keep a clean place. My place is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment/duplex type. You would have your own room, closet, bed, and nightstand. The house is located in a very quiet place near East Dublin, Ga. I have all the normal stuff like ac/heater, internet, frig, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. All utilities are included in the rent.
