Cozy room (220 square feet or so) with a private bed The monthly rent of $550.00 includes all utilities, including internet, electricity, and water. The room has a shared private bathroom and requires a $550.00 security deposit before you can move in. There is no smoking permitted in the room or on the property, however you are welcome to use the shared kitchen.
Pets are not allowed on the property. The landlord must give permission for visitors to stay overnight, but they can come at any time between 9 AM and 9 PM. No more than two visitors at once!Additionally, house rules include maintaining the cleanliness of communal spaces, limiting noise levels after 10 PM, and respecting other residents' privacy. Rent day is the first of each month. Late payments made after the fifth day will be assessed a $25 fee.
Greyhound's downtown bus terminal and Macon-Bibb County Transit Authority bus routes provide easy access to transit.
Macon Mall and The Shoppes at River Crossing are accessible shopping destinations! Note that there are currently no passengers using Amtrak in Macon.
