We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across our portfolio of residential rental properties in the central ga area. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and capable of working independently. This is a long-term, stable position.
What You’ll Do
• Complete maintenance requests in occupied and vacant homes
• Perform carpentry repairs (doors, trim, framing, steps)
• Flooring (removal and installation)
• Drywall patching, finishing, and painting
• Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, faucets, toilets, supply lines)
• Light electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures, troubleshooting)
• HVAC troubleshooting (full certification is a plus, not required)
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Communicate professionally with tenants and management
Minimum Requirements
• 3+ years residential maintenance experience
• Strong skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and light electrical
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean DMV Record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/attics
• HVAC experience or certification is a plus
Schedule
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (10 hour shifts)
• Week 1: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
• Week 2: Off 2 days, Work 2 days, Off 3 days
• Every other weekend off
• You will rotate opposite another technician so weekends are covered without overlap
