this is direct link to the specs, I have had it since aug 2017, only used it a few times, I can change my blades without it, Being DISABLED makes it near impossible for me to maneuver it way to heavy for my physical self. The seals are great, it is very dirty from just sitting over the years. Because im physically disabled I cant move the tiles to unhook the jack and take it outside to clean it or get better photos im sorry. I am 100% guaranteeing its functional, you can use it on my cub cadet to try before you buy, show contact info , Eddie
