Finished it out and lived in it 2024-2025. Has been sitting for a year, bones are in perfect condition. Fully wired and insulated.
I recently sanded down the porch and attached but haven’t gotten around to re staining it.
$3500. Buyer is responsible for moving. I am a handyman by trade when I'm not on the road driving trucks. Possibly help with moving depending on buyers location at buyers expense.
