We are currently seeking 8 Security Officers to work at 6 pool locations across Bibb County (South Bibb to North Bibb). We are also hiring 1 Supervisor to oversee operations.
Position: Pool Security Officer
Pay: $14/hour
Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance in uniform daily (no tight shorts allowed)
Monitor pool area and enforce all safety rules
No entering the swimming pool while on duty
Check in with Head Lifeguard upon arrival
Complete daily reports and clock in/out using a work phone
Conduct security screenings (body checks) to prevent weapons from entering
Enforce rules:
No coolers allowed
No prohibited items in or around the pool area
Requirements:
Must have a reliable work phone (no Wi-Fi/prepaid phones)
Must be dependable and on time
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to follow instructions and handle the public respectfully

Staff coverage (must fill in if a guard is absent)
Ensures all sites are properly staffed and operating smoothly
