We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional applicant to manage a self storage/office rental facility. Applicant should be dependable, computer proficient, professional, able to independently solve problems and detail oriented. Duties include daily walks thru facility to ensure that it is attractive and clean, showing and preparing all rental paperwork for new rentals, reconciling daily reports, daily interaction with present tenants, collecting rent money and following up on past due accounts, and other duties as they are needed. Applicant must be able to work Saturdays. Previous property management experience a plus.
