A added hall was added sometime before i was born along the left side of the shop, if you were standing in front.It was used to clean heads and do other dirty work and has a oil pit with chain to lower heads and all in. if useing it for a body shop it would be usefull.theres a bolted door in the back garage that leads to it .where the front entrance is theres another door that goes into his office/home for a while. hand built himself and well insulated and built. he had a ac unit in it along with tv table bead chair kitchen area with stove top connecting to one room with a huge sink and toilet and water heater and a nice shower with sink in the room next to it.so if u had to you could easily make it a comfortable place to stay at if needed.the rooms cleaned out besides a closet he built a small area of kitchen cabinets and table with stove top(and of course the bathroom stuff is all there).Theres even a place to hook up a dryer and washer .Its GREAT place to start off as mechanic shop or something like that with little to do.its really up to you what u want it to be, but just saying u wouldnt have to do much if your a mechanic welder ect .it has stuff stored in it but once we get what is needed anything left is yous to use or throw away(not much in there besides cabinets and tables plus the machine that ways tons(could be worth something) . its commercial 3 property with two sectioned lots. one being pretty much the whole shop front pavement to the road and then back to the fence. the secound is all the land beside it up to about 3 or so feet from a dentist office and all the way back to the fence and up to the road. Taxes area little over 800 a year, and yes its city water and electricity.

If you know the area you know its a great place for just about anything.post office people real friendly.(i lived up there i know) as well as the dentist office. get alot of traffic on houston lake road especailly with a middle school elementry school and post office all right there. Not really wanting to sale but if u got a way we might consider.
